Robert Morris – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Morris serves as Chief Executive Officer of Advanced Decorative Systems (ADS Ltd.) and all of its global subsidiaries. Robert has excelled as a transformational leader in ever-increasing executive management positions with 30+ years of driving sales, profit and technology growth in public and privately held companies. Prior to joining ADS, Robert gained domestic and international experience at Lear Corporation, International Automotive Components (IAC), Auria Solutions and Aeroquip-Vickers. His experience includes: Sr. Vice President North America, Sr. Vice President Sales and Program Management, Vice President Operations and Vice President Engineering among other management and hands-on positions. Robert is known for his bold growth strategies that deliver value through a superior customer experience with well-developed teams aligned in core values and a quality first culture that manages risk without fear of failure.
Mr. Morris earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Michigan State University’s, Broad School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Lawrence Technological University.
Steve Chargo – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Chargo joined the ADS Leadership Team in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years’ experience as a C-level executive in Accounting, Finance, and Operations. His expertise extends to strategic and tactical financial planning, business development, operations, and P&L management.
Mr. Chargo graduated with a M.S.M. in Management & Operations from Walsh College of Accountancy, with a B.S. in Accounting from Oakland University.
Marshall Paterson – Vice President Corporate Development and Technology
Mr. Paterson joined ADS from the electronics industry in 1985, and spent his first 15 years with the company in a variety of technical roles in ADS’ then European location. He was responsible for developing the company’s position in the telecommunications and other non-automotive markets.
In 2001, he transferred to the Michigan location to bring InMold technology to the USA. Since then he has been Sales Engineering Manager, Development Manager, and most recently, Vice President of New Product Development and Marketing.
Mr. Paterson holds First Class Honors in Electronics from Napier University of Edinburgh.
